基层环评审批工作管理现状与对策思考

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Environmental Assessment Examination and Approval Management at Grassroots Level

近几年,各省地实行“全覆盖、多轮次”生态环境保护督察工作,环境信访投诉案件日益增多,作为生态环境保护工作前端的环评审批工作,面临着前所未有的挑战和压力。本文就基层环评审批工作的管理现状、存在的问题和相应对策进行介绍和分析,以供基层环评审批工作人员探讨和思考。

In recent years, the work of environmental inspections is progressing by the Chinese Central Government, and the environmental complaint cases are increasing. As the front-end of ecological environment protection, the Approval of the EIA is facing unprecedented challenges and pressure. This paper introduces and analyzes the management status, existing problems and corresponding countermeasures of grass-roots EIA approval work, our findings will provide discussion and thinking for grass-roots EIA Approval workers.
