主动交互视角下智能洗衣机界面设计策略研究

RESEARCH ON INTERFACE DESIGN STRATEGY OF INTELLIGENT WASHING MACHINE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF PROACTIVE INTERACTION

智能洗衣机的界面设计是其智能性的重要体现,从主动交互的视角探索智能洗衣机的人机主动性分配策略以提高智能洗衣机的智能性,改善用户体验。通过POEMS观察框架了解用户在真实操作智能洗衣机界面过程中存在的人机主动性分配模式存在的问题。利用问卷调研用户在智能洗衣机人机交互过程中对于主动交互行为的偏好情况。总结出三种智能洗衣机界面的主动性设计策略。

Washing machine interface design is an important embodiment of its intelligence,from the perspective of proactive interaction to explore the humanmachine allocation strategy of intelligent washing machine to improve user experience.The POEMS observation framework was used to understand and optimize human-machine proactive allocation mode in the actual operation of intel igent washing machine. Questionnaire was used to investigate users’ preference for proactive interaction of intelligent products.Three design strategies of intelligent washing machine interface are summarized.
