智慧零售理念下无人餐厅的环境交互设计研究——以好利来无人餐厅为例

摘要 从智慧零售理念入手,将环境交互设计手法运用至无人餐厅设计中,提升空间环境的互动性与体验感。通过对智慧零售发展趋势、环境交互研究现状、无人餐厅设计定位进行分析,为无人餐厅环境交互设计提供设计依据。以好利来为餐厅品牌载体,提出基于用户行为的全流程交互设计、基于功能空间的类型化交互设计、基于互动体验的场境化交互设计的环境交互设计策略。 From the concept of smart retailing,this paper apply the environmental interaction design techniques to the design of unmanned restaurants to improve the interactivity and experience of the space environment.Through analyzing the development trend of smart retail,the current situation of environmental interaction research,and the positioning of unmanned restaurant design,this paper provide a design basis for the environmental interaction design of unmanned restaurants.Taking Holiland as the brand carrier of the restaurant,three types of environmental interaction design strategies are proposed:full-process interaction design based on user behavior,typological interaction design based on functional space,and contextualized interaction design based on interactive experience.It can provide a reference for intelligent restaurant space environment interaction design.
