摘要
基于目标用户(中老年群体)需求,通过行动七阶段理论明晰家用智能健康检测产品的操作流程,并探讨服务流程设计策略。通过用户调研获取用户需求,以此确定产品的主要功能模块,运用行动七阶段模型对功能模块进行细分,发掘可以优化用户体验的机会点,用于指导整个服务流程设计。基于目标用户行为特征,提出以用户为中心的检测服务系统,消除使用过程中的执行鸿沟和评估鸿沟,提升用户体验和效率。
Based on the needs of target users(middle-aged and elderly groups),the operation process of household intelligent health testing products is clarified through the action seven stage theory,and the service process design strategy is discussed.Obtain user requirements through user research,so as to determine the main functional modules of the product. The action seven stage model is used to subdivide the functional modules and explore the opportunity points that can optimize the user experience,which can be used to guide the design of the whole service process.Based on the behavior characteristics of target users,a user-centered detection service system is proposed to eliminate the implementation gap and evaluation gap in the process of use,and improve user experience and efficiency.
