阅读疗法结合徵调音乐干预对脑卒中后抑郁患者情绪状态及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of bibliotherapy combined with Zhi tune music intervention on emotional state and sleep quality of patients with post-stroke depression

目的探讨阅读疗法结合徵调音乐干预对脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者情绪状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2019年10月至2021年12月聊城市第四人民医院收治的100例脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者为研究对象,根据患者自身意愿分为干预组54例和对照组46例,干预组采取阅读疗法结合徵调音乐干预,对照组采取常规护理手段。量化评估干预前后患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)、睡眠质量、抑郁程度、神经功能、病耻感。结果相比于对照组,干预组干预后ADL、睡眠质量、抑郁程度、神经功能、病耻感均改善更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阅读疗法结合徵调音乐干预可有效减轻PSD患者抑郁程度,显著改善其睡眠质量、神经功能,并有助于减轻其病耻感,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the effect of bibliotherapy combined with Zhi tune music intervention on emotional state and sleep quality of patients with post-stroke depression(PSD).Methods A total of 100 patients with PSD admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to their own will,the patients were divided into the intervention group(54 cases)and the control group(46 cases).The intervention group received bibliotherapy combined with Zhi tune music intervention,while the control group received routine nursing.The patients'activities of daily living(ADL),sleep quality,depression degree,neurological function and stigma were evaluated before and after intervention.Results Compared with the control group,the ADL,sleep quality,depression degree,neurological function and stigma of the intervention group were improved more significantly after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Bibliotherapy combined with Zhi tune music intervention can effectively relieve depression in patients with PSD,significantly improve their sleep quality and neurological function,and reduce their stigma.
