近年来,高职院校毕业生人数持续攀升,但人才市场供需匹配度不高,岗位需求地域间不均衡,高职院校面临学生就业工作新课题。新形势下,应持续优化专业设置及人才培养方案,为高质量就业提供根本保证;完善人才培养过程和办学条件,不断提高学生综合素质;加强职业生涯规划教育、创新创业教育和就业指导,引导学生树立正确的就业观念;完善就业指导和就业服务协同机制,切实提高就业服务质量;构筑国际化交流平台,努力拓宽就业渠道。总之,要多策并举,提升高职院校毕业生就业质量。

The current situation of the graduates in higher vocational colleges is that the number of graduates keeps increasing.At present,the new situation that the graduates of higher vocational colleges are facing is that the degree of matching between the supply and demand of talents needs to be improved,the imbalance of the demand for posts in different regions is still prominent,the employment of college students is facing new problems.The countermeasures for improving the employment quality of higher vocational colleges include:continuously optimizing the specialty setting and the talent training program,providing the basic guarantee for the high-quality employment;to strengthen the education of career planning and help students establish a correct view of employment,to bring forth new ideas in career education and to strengthen employment guidance is essential,to improve the coordination mechanism of employment guidance service and to improve the quality of employment service,constructing the international exchange platform and actively expanding the employment channels.
