摘要
以7075-T6510铝合金为研究对象,运用正交实验法,研究了铣削参数包括主轴转速、切削深度、切削宽度以及每齿进给量对表面质量的影响规律,并通过非线性回归方法得出表面粗糙度的经验公式。研究结果表明:大进给和低切削速度加工条件下,表面呈现鱼鳞状形貌,表面粗糙度随着主轴转速的增大而减小,随着每齿进给量和铣削深度的增大而增大,铣削宽度对铝合金表面粗糙度影响不显著。其铣削参数对表面粗糙度的影响显著性依次为:每齿进给量>切削速度>轴向切削深度>径向切削深度。
7075 aluminum alloy is widely used in aerospace and other high-end precision manufacturing due to its light weight and high strength.Based on this,in order to achieve high quality machining of precision parts,the effects of milling parameters including cutting speed,cutting depth,cutting width and feed per tooth on surface quality of 7075-T6510 aluminum alloy were studied by orthogonal experiment method,and the empirical formula of surface roughness was obtained by nonlinear regression method.The results show that under the conditions of high feed and low cutting speed,the surface roughness decreases with the increase of cutting speed,and increases with the increase of feed per tooth and milling depth.The milling width has no significant effect on the surface roughness of aluminum alloy.In conclusion,the significance of milling parameters on surface roughness can be expressed as feed per tooth>cutting speed>axial cutting depth>radial cutting depth.
