农村金融助推乡村振兴的区域性研究

Regional research on Rural Finance boosting rural Revitalization

全面推进乡村振兴是我国全面建设现代化的必经之路,农村金融的高质量、高效率支持是乡村振兴发挥效用的前提保障。乡村振兴必须要依靠包含银行信贷在内的大量资金的投入,而中国东部、中部和西部地区金融发展的不平衡现状必然会对乡村振兴战略的实施产生重要影响。本文利用2015到2020年中国1 350个县的面板数据,将表征乡村振兴五个方面的指数通过主成分提取,构建出乡村振兴的综合评价指数。在此基础上运用动态面板GMM模型回归方法,检验农村金融发展对乡村振兴的区域性影响。实证结果表明,金融发展不仅能够加快乡村振兴的整体步伐,而且金融发展对中西部地区乡村振兴的促进作用大于东部地区。本文为农村金融支持乡村振兴、缓解区域发展不平衡、循序渐进推进乡村振兴可持续发展的定量分析,提供了一定的研究证据。

The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization is the only way of comprehensive construction modernization. The high-quality and efficient support of rural finance is the guarantee of the utility of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization must rely on the investment of a large amount of capital including bank credit, and the imbalance of financial development in eastern, central and western China is bound to have an important impact on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. Based on the panel data of 1350 county-level counties in China from 2015 to 2020, this paper extracts the index representing the five levels of rural revitalization through the principal component to construct a comprehensive evaluation index of rural revitalization. On this basis, the dynamic panel GMM model regression method is used to test the regional impact of rural financial development on rural revitalization. The empirical results show that financial development can not only accelerate the overall pace of rural revitalization, but also the financial development in the central and western regions of the rural revitalization is more than the eastern region. This paper provides certain research evidence for quantitative analysis of rural financial support for rural revitalization, easing regional development imbalance, and gradually promoting sustainable development of rural revitalization.
