关于大型环境监测实验室分析仪器绩效评估指标体系的分析

Analysis on the Performance Evaluation Index System of Analytical Instruments in Large Environmental Monitoring Laboratories

大型环境监测实验室分析仪器是反映各环境监测机构整体能力的重要指标。文章简要介绍了国内外对仪器设备性能评价的研究状况,试图建立大型环境监测实验室的性能评价指标,并采用德尔菲法对各指标进行加权,最后得出综合评价指标。笔者结合多年工作经验,通过对某省环保部门的一些大型实验室仪器的分析,指出应合理配置仪器,加强日常维护和管理,加强对仪器的开放和共享,为进一步加强大型环境监测仪器的规范化管理奠定了科学的基础,希望可以为相关专业人员提供借鉴与参考。

Analytical instruments of large environmental monitoring laboratories are important indicators refl ecting the overall capacity of environmental monitoring institutions. This paper briefl y introduces the research status of the performance evaluation of instruments and equipment at home and abroad, tries to establish the performance evaluation indexes of large environmental monitoring laboratories,and uses the Delphi method to weight each index, and fi nally obtains the comprehensive evaluation indexes. Based on years of work experience and through the analysis of some large-scale laboratory instruments in the environmental protection department of a province,the author points out that the instruments should be reasonably confi gured, daily maintenance and management should be strengthened,and the openness and sharing of instruments should be strengthened, which lays a scientific foundation for further strengthening the standardized management of large-scale environmental monitoring instruments, and hopes to provide reference for relevant professionals.
