Case Analysis of Soil Hidden Danger Investigation in an Electronic Circuit Manufacturing Enterprise

作为在产企业,有效防止有毒有害物质渗漏、流失、扬散,定期开展土壤污染隐患排查尤为重要。本文以某电子电路制造企业为例,通过资料收集、人员访谈、现场踏勘等手段开展污染分析,识别存在潜在土壤污染隐患的设施设备和生产活动,并针对识别出的重点区域布设科学合理的监测点位,通过土壤及地下水的采样、监测分析,明确厂区内土壤和地下水环境质量现状,以期为企业后续的环境管理及同类行业的隐患排查提供依据及参考。

As an enterprise in production can effectively prevent the leakage, loss and dispersion of toxic and harmful substances, it is particularly important to carry out regular troubleshooting of potential soil pollution hazards. This paper takes an electronic circuit manufacturing enterprise as an example to carry out pollution analysis by means of data collection, personnel interview, on-site survey,etc., identify facilities, equipment and production activities with potential soil pollution hazards, and arrange scientifi c and reasonable monitoring points for identifi ed key areas,through sampling, monitoring and analysis of soil and groundwater, the current situation of soil and groundwater environmental quality in the plant area is clarifi ed, it is expected to provide the basis and reference for the subsequent environmental management of the enterprise and the troubleshooting of similar industries.
