本文从环境监测及环境影响评价的关系入手,深入分析环境监测及环境影响评价的关系。环境监测工作是由工作人员来决定各种环境质量指标,具有很强的代表性。环境影响评价是指通过对污染物质的监测,判断其是否满足环境承载能力,进而实现对生态环境的保护。环境影响评价是指工作人员依据现有的、持续不断地修订和发布的评价标准和方法,对其进行定性和定量分析,从而反映出某些区域的环境质量和价值,二者在实际的环境保护中是相辅相成的。

This paper starts with the relationship between environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment,and deeply analyzes the relationship between environmental monitoring and environmental impact assessment.Environmental monitoring is a highly representative work in which the staff decides various environmental quality indicators.Environmental impact assessment refers to the monitoring of pollutants to determine whether they meet the environmental carrying capacity,so as to protect the ecological environment.Environmental impact assessment refers to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the existing assessment standards and methods that are continuously revised and released by the staff,so as to reflect the environmental quality and value of some regions,the two are complementary in the actual environmental protection.
