应用型高校教师课程思政育人能力培养研究

The Study on the Cultivation of Educational Ability of Ideological and Political Education in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

立德树人成效是检验高校一切工作的根本标准,高校课堂是落实立德树人的主渠道和主阵地,而高校教师是落实立德树人根本任务的责任主体和实施主体,这是对高校教师新的更高的要求。育人能力是教师教育教学能力的核心,全面提升课程思政背景下应用型高校教师育人能力,是应用型高校落实立德树人的关键保障。本文从应用型高校专业课教师课程思政育人使命、育人能力影响因素及提升策略等方面进行深入探讨,以期助力全面提升高校教师课程思政育人能力,从而提高应用型人才培养质量,实现立德树人根本任务。

The effectiveness of moral education is the fundamental standard to test all the work of colleges and universities.College classrooms are the main channel and main position to implement moral education,and college teachers are the main responsibility and implementation subject to implement the fundamental task of moral education.This is not only a requirement for college ideological and political teachers,but also a new and higher requirement for more specialty teachers in colleges and universities.Educational ability is the core of teachers’education and teaching ability.To comprehensively improve the educating ability of teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities under the ideological and political background of the curriculum is the key guarantee to implement moral cultivation.With a view to helping comprehensively improve the ability of ideological and political education of college teachers,this paper focuses on discussing the mission of ideological and political education of professional course teachers in application-oriented colleges and universities,the influencing factors of educating ability and its promoting strategies,so as to improve the training quality of application-oriented talents and realize the fundamental task of cultivating morality.
