摘要
小学教育是实施综合素质教育的启蒙阶段,具有帮助学生认知世界、养成品性等卓越优势,旨在培养具备综合性、全面性、高素养的学生,与小学全科型卓越教师培养的根本任务相吻合。以核心素养为中心的教育理念、专业知识为基础的综合课程体系、统筹与实施课程为主体的教学能力为核心特质,是践行立德树人根本任务、推动学生德智体美劳全面发展的首发阵地。然而值得关注的是,小学全科型卓越教师队伍建设仍面临一系列现实桎梏。为此,可从强化师资队伍建设、深化课程教学改革等角度出发,探索小学全科型卓越教师培养进路,以打破教育教学藩篱,为相应教育工作者提供借鉴,助力小学生全面发展。
Primary education is the initiation stage of the implementation of comprehensive quality education,which has the advantage of helping students to recognize the world and cultivate character,and aims to cultivate students with comprehensive and comprehensive high literacy,which coincides with the fundamental task of outstanding teachers of general subjects.The core characteristics of the educational concept centered on core competencies,the comprehensive curriculum system based on professional knowledge,and the teaching ability with the overall planning and implementation of courses as the main body are the first positions to carry out the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people and promote the all-round development of students’morality,intellectual,physical and aesthetic work.However,it is worth noting that the construction of a team of outstanding primary school teachers is still facing a series of practical shackles.For this purpose,from the perspective of strengthening the construction of the teaching team and deepening the reform of curriculum teaching,we can explore the approach to the training of outstanding teachers in primary schools,so as to break the barriers of education and teaching and help primary school students develop in an all-round way.On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of primary school general-level outstanding teachers,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the construction of primary school-level outstanding teachers,and proposes the training path of primary school general-level outstanding teachers,in order to provide reference for corresponding educators.
