摘要
探讨PBL教学模式在肾病综合征病理诊断教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年6月在呼伦贝尔市人民医院实习的临床医学专业学生30名为研究对象,按照抽签法分为实验组对照组,每组15名学生,对照组使用传统教学模式,实验组利用PBL教学方式开展教学。结果:PBL组医学生理论知识巩固、学习兴趣激发、临床思维能力的培养和分析归纳能力评分高于对照组;PBL组学生病理识图及理论知识水平高于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:肾病综合征病理诊断教学中,应用PBL教学方式可以明显提高实习生学习兴趣,有利于巩固医学理论知识,有利于培养实习生的临床思维能力和分析归纳能力,从而提高学生的理论及技能考核成绩。
Objective to explore the application and effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in the teaching of pathological diagnosis of nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods Thirty clinical medical students who practiced in Hulunbuir People’s Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the lottery method,with 15 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching mode,while the experimental group used PBL teaching method.Results the scores of theoretical knowledge consolidation,learning interest stimulation,clinical thinking ability establishment,analysis and induction ability in PBL group were higher than those in traditional teaching group(p<0.05)The scores of pathological knowledge map and theoretical knowledge in PBL group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching group(p<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method can improve students’learning interest and consolidate medical theory knowledge in the teaching of nephrotic syndrome,it is beneficial to train the interns’clinical thinking ability and the ability of analysis and induction,so as to improve the students’theory and skill assessment results.
