摘要
随着基础设施建设规模不断扩大,天然砂资源逐渐短缺,使用高强度机制砂制备混凝土具有重要意义。对此研究机制砂混凝土的配合比制备方法。结果表明:(1)一定空隙率和细度模数的机制砂能够替代部分天然砂制备C50高性能混凝土;(2)在水胶比为0.32、砂率为45%的条件下,配合比为水泥∶粉煤灰∶机制砂∶碎石∶水∶减水剂=408∶72∶794∶971∶155∶5.76下所制备的机制砂混凝土强度能够达到最高28 d高压强度65.9 MPa;(3)根据凝灰岩机制砂混凝土配合比优化方案,分析高强度等级混凝土工作性能,确定最优配合比。该方法可为工程施工过程中工作提供依据,具有良好的应用前景。
With the continuous expansion of infrastructure construction and the gradual shortage of natural sand resources,it is of great significance to use high-strength machine-made sand to prepare concrete.This paper studies the mixing ratio preparation method of high performance concrete with manufactured sand.The results show that as following.(1)The manufactured sand with a certain porosity and fineness modulus can replace some natural sand to prepare C50 high performance concrete.(2)Under the condition that the water-binder ratio is 0.32 and the sand ratio is 45%,the strength of the manufactured sand concrete can reach the highest 28 d high pressure strength of 65.9 MPa when the mix ratio is cement∶fly ash∶manufactured sand∶crushed stone∶water∶water reduc er=408∶72∶794∶971∶155∶5.76.(3)According to the mix proportion optimization scheme of tuff mechanism sand concrete,the working performance of high-grade concrete is analyzed and the optimal mix proportion is determined.This method can provide a basis for the work in the process of engineering construction and has a good application prospect.
