摘要
BIM正向设计凭借其节省成本、提升效率、利于协作等优点,得到了建筑行业从业者们的广泛认可,但是在其推广、实施和发展过程中也存在着许多问题。该文章首先对BIM正向设计概念进行简单阐述,并讲述其意义与必要性,然后通过对BIM正向设计推广发展中存在的问题与障碍进行总结,分析产生问题的原因。最后,针对现存问题,主要从管理模式、技术标准创新、人才培养等方面提出发展建议。
BIM forward design has been widely recognized by practitioners in the construction industry with its advantages of cost saving,efficiency improvement and collaboration.However,there are also many problems in its promotion and development process.In this paper,the concept of BIM forward design will be briefly explained at first,and describes its significance and necessity.Then,the problems and obstacles existing in the promotion and development of BIM forward design will be proposed and the causes of these problems and obstacles will be analyzed.Finally,In view of the existing problems,development suggestions are mainly put forward from the aspects of management mode,technical standard innovation,and talent training.
