摘要
针对典型被动窗,构建了用于整窗结构分析的精细化有限元模型,采用响应面分析法给出了关键结构参数与整窗最大应力和位移的显式数学关系,以整窗重量为优化目标,满足强度和刚度条件为约束条件,给出了极限荷载下整窗结构优化设计模型,采用遗传算法对模型开展寻优计算。对某被动窗整体结构优化设计表明,优化模型优化效果良好。
For a typical passive window,a refined finite element model for the structural analysis of the entire window is constructed,and the explicit mathematical relationship between the key structural parameters and the maximum stress and displacement of the entire window is given by the response surface analysis method.Taking the weight of the whole window as the optimization objective and satisfying the strength and stiffness conditions as the constraints,the optimal design model of the whole window structure under the ultimate load is given,and the genetic algorithm is used to carry out the optimization calculation of the model.The optimization design of the overall structure of a passive window shows that the optimization effect of the optimization model has a good effect.
