摘要
预制构件与现浇结构的施工缝处理是装配式施工中不可避免的环节,施工中通常对预制构件界面进行粗糙化处理,以使得两次浇筑的混凝土各项性能尽量的接近一次整体浇筑的性能。而预制构件混凝土界面的粗糙化处理将直接影响施工缝的质量甚至其结构质量,本文对现有的露骨料技术进行了分析和介绍,以期为施工时露骨料工艺的选择提供参考。
The treatment of construction joints between precast members and cast-in-place structures is an inevitable link in assembly construction.In construction,the interface of precast members is often roughened,so that the properties of concrete poured twice are as close as possible to those of one-time pouring.However,the roughening of the concrete interface of precast members will directly affect the quality of construction joints and even their structural quality.This paper analyzes and introduces the existing techniques of exposed materials,in order to provide reference for the selection of exposed materials in construction.
