摘要
文章旨在研究不同水平维生素A对肉兔生长性能、免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响。结果发现,与对照组相比,在日粮中添加不同水平的维生素A对肉兔末重和平均日增重均有显著影响(P <0.05),其中加入20000或40000IU/kg维生素A对提高肉兔生长性能效果最显著(P <0.05),肉兔末重、平均日增重提高最多,分别比对照组提高27.5%和37.0%;其次,在日粮中添加不同水平的维生素A对肉兔血清中的IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-2等免疫指标以及GSH-Px、T-SOD、MDA等抗氧化活性指标均有显著影响(P <0.05),其中加入20000IU/kg维生素A组的免疫指标和抗氧化活性指标与对照组相比差异性最显著(P <0.05),IgA、IgG、IgM、IL-2分别提高38.6%、42.5%、85.7%、10.2%,GSH-Px和T-SOD提高25.5%和23.4%,MDA降低21.8%。研究结果表明,在日粮中加入20000IU/kg的维生素A对肉兔生长促进效果最明显,可使肉兔的饲料效率最佳。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Different Vitamin A Levels on Growth Performance,Immune Indexes and Antioxidant Function of Meat Rabbits. The results showed that compared with the control group,different levels of vitamin A in the diet had significant effects on the final weight and average daily gain of meat rabbits(P < 0.05). Among them,20000 or 40000 IU/kg of vitamin A had the most significant effect on improving the growth performance of meat rabbits(P< 0.05). The final weight and average daily gain of meat rabbits increased by 27.5% and 37.0% respectively compared with the control group;Secondly,different levels of vitamin A added to the diet had significant effects on the immune indexes such as Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,IL-2,and antioxidant activity indexes such as GSH Px,T-SOD,MDA in the serum of meat rabbits(P < 0.05).Among them,the immune indexes and antioxidant activity indexes of the group added 20000 IU/kg vitamin A had the most significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,IL-2 increased by 38.6%,42.5%,85.7%,and 10.2%,respectively,GSH Px and T-SOD increased by 25.5% and 23.4%,and MDA decreased by 21.8%. The results of the study showed that adding 20000 IU/kg vitamin A to the diet had the most obvious effect on the growth of meat rabbits,and could make the feed efficiency of meat rabbits the best.
