Under the general environment of overcapacity,feed enterprises are facing increasingly severe market competition,which gives rise to the urgent demand for cost control. Because cost control is related to the management effectiveness,economic benefits and strategic decisions of feed enterprises,it has become an important means to improve the market competitiveness of feed enterprises. Based on this,this paper takes cost control as the starting point,deeply analyzes the importance of cost control to feed enterprises,and puts forward optimization suggestions according to the problem of cost control of feed enterprises,aiming to provide important support for the sustainable development of feed enterprises.
