数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on Urban-rural Income Gap

发展数字普惠金融已成为推动普惠金融惠及农民的重大举措,对缓解城乡收入差距有着重要作用。研究以我国30个省份(除去西藏、港澳台地区)为样本,选取2011年到2019年作为取样年限,采用“北京大学数字普惠金融指数(2011-2020)”报告中的综合指数,建立门槛模型,分析数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响。得出结论:我国数字普惠金融综合指数会随着城镇化水平的提升而加大对我国城乡收入差距的缩小程度,并进一步分析得出数字普惠金融的覆盖广度和使用深度也会随着城镇化水平的增大以相似的程度加大对于城乡收入差距的缩小影响,但是其数字化程度对于城乡收入差距的影响并不显著。

The development of digital inclusive finance has become a major measure to promote inclusive finance to benefit farmers,which plays an important role in alleviating the income gap between urban and rural areas.This paper takes 30 provinces in China(excluding Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)as samples,selects 2011 to 2019 as the sampling period,uses the comprehensive index in the report of“Peking University Digital inclusive finance index(2011-2020)”,establishes a threshold model,and analyzes the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap.It is concluded that China’s comprehensive index of digital inclusive finance will increase the narrowing degree of China’s urban-rural income gap with the improvement of urbanization level,and further analysis shows that the coverage and use depth of digital inclusive finance will also increase the impact on the narrowing of urban-rural income gap to a similar extent with the increase of urbanization level,however,the impact of its digitization on the urban-rural income gap is not significant.
