Analysis of the Reform and Development of China’s Agricultural Operation System in the Past 70 Years

文章阐述和分析了新中国70余年来,我国农业经营体制改革经历了个体经营、集体经营、双层经营和新型经营四个时期的主要特征,总结了我国农业经营体制改革的主线是农民与土地的关系有效和谐,前提是集体经济职能有效发挥,重点是新型农业经营主体有效培育,保障是新型农业社会化服务体系有效配套的四点经验启示,为我国农业经营体制改革的未来发展提供借鉴与参考。

The article expounds and analyzes the main characteristics of China’s agricultural operation system reform in the past 70 years,which has gone through four periods:individual operation,collective operation,double-layer operation and new operation.It is concluded that the main line of China’s agricultural operation system reform is the effective and harmonious relationship between farmers and land;the premise is the effective play of the collective economic functions;the key point is the effective cultivation of new agricultural business entities;the guarantee is the effective supporting of the new agricultural socialization service system.These experiences and inspirations provide reference for the future development of China’s agricultural operation system reform.
