基于TRIZ理论的水轮发电机组导轴瓦间隙调整工具设计与应用

摘要 结合TRIZ创新理论,围绕目前水电厂水轮发电机组导轴瓦间隙调整过程中间隙容易变化的难题进行研究,探索导轴瓦间隙调整方法。运用TRIZ理论中的功能分析、因果分析、资源分析对设计过程中的问题进行研究,应用技术矛盾、物理矛盾、物场模型等工具进行问题求解,得到不同的创新方案,结合工作实际整合优化获得最优方案。经实物试制、现场试验,减少了作业参与人员,缩短了机组检修工时,有效提高了间隙调整的可靠性,保障了机组检修质量,机组发电时间增加,提高了发电效益。 Currently, the clearance of the guide bearing bushes in hydro-turbine units is easy to change during the adjustment process. Following the TRIZ innovation theory, the adjustment method for guide bearing bushes is explored. The function analysis, causal analysis and resource analysis in TRIZ theory are used to analyze the problems in the design procedure. The technical contradiction, physical contradiction and material field model are used to solve these problems and get various innovation solutions. Then, an optimal scheme is obtain considering the practical conditions. Physical trial production and in-situ tests show that it reduces the number of personnel involved in the operation, shortens the maintenance time of the units, effectively improves the reliability of the clearance adjustment, ensures the maintenance quality, increases the power generation time of the units, and improves the power generation efficiency.
