白水峪电站弧形闸门应力测试与复核计算

摘要 针对白水峪电站建设期溢流表孔4号孔弧形工作闸门支臂变形校正、加固补强的情况,除按照标准规定的必检项目外,增加了应力测试和复核计算项目。经现场检测的应力和有限元分析得到的应力基本吻合,均满足规范要求。通过闸门实际运行工况下测试的应力分布和复核计算结果的对比,既印证了三支臂弧形闸门应力测试方案的合理性,也印证了有限元复核计算结果的准确性,并表明支臂经过补强校正运行20年后仍然安全可靠。 In the construction period of Baishuiyu Hydropower Station, the support arms of the radial service gate in 4# surface overflow spillway have been adjusted and reinforced due to collision deformation. Thus, besides the required inspection items specified in the standard, stress test and re-check calculation are also conducted in the safety inspection. The in-situ measured stress and the calculation result of the finite element analysis are basically consistent, and both of them meet the specification requirements. The comparison of the measured stress distribution under the actual operation conditions and the re-check calculation result not only confirms the rationality of the stress test scheme of the three-arm radial gate, but also confirms the accuracy of the finite element analysis. It also shows that the arms are still safe and reliable with 20 years of operation after the adjustment and reinforcement.
