摘要 依据广州市番禺区排水工程现状,探讨了区内远程监控系统与智慧管控系统的建设。通过设置管网监控报警模块、调度策略制定模块、应急预案管理模块,建成厂网河一体化的智慧管控系统,可实现番禺区内闸站、泵站、净水厂和管网运行状况的远程动态实时监控与智慧管理。经科学合理的调度分配,充分发挥现有排水设施体系作用,实现最大限度地减少污水溢流量和污染物排放量,提高泵站,净水厂等设施的运行效率。 Considering the current situation of the drainage works in Panyu District of Guangzhou City, the construction of remote monitoring system and intelligent management and control system in the district is discussed. By setting up the monitoring and alarm module for the pile network, the dispatching strategy formulation module, and the emergency plan management module, a plant-pipe network-river integrated intelligent management and control system is constructed, which realizes the remote dynamic real-time monitoring of the operation status of the gate stations, pump stations, water treatment plants and pile network in Panyu District and their intelligent management. With scientific and reasonable dispatching, the systematic function of existing drainage facilities can be fully utilized to minimize the sewage overflow and pollutant discharge, and improve the operation efficiency of facilities such as pump stations and water treatment plants.
