摘要
水轮机调速器控制脉冲的稳定输出对于精准稳定地控制水轮机导叶和桨叶开度至关重要。针对高坝洲水电站调速器控制脉冲单回路输出、差分放大模块随着运行时间增长可靠性逐渐降低等问题,在进行差分放大模块升级换型的同时,将冗余技术应用于控制脉冲输出回路优化设计中,充分利用差分放大模块现有资源,使用切换继电器少量冗余资源,实现控制脉冲回路冗余优化设计,达到了提升调速器可靠性的目的。
The stable output of the control pulse of the hydro-turbine governor is crucial for the accurate and stable regulation of the opening of guide vanes and blades. In Gaobazhou Hydropower Station, the reliability of the single loop output module and the differential amplification module in the governor control pulse circuit gradually decrease with the increase of operation time. Besides the upgrade of the differential amplification module, redundancy technology is applied to the optimization design of the control pulse output circuit, in which the existing resources of the differential amplification module are fully utilized. A small amount of the redundant switching relay resources are used to realize the redundancy optimization design of the control pulse circuit, so that the reliability of the governor is improved.
