摘要
针对故障电弧产品试验项目多、试验工作量大等问题,根据不同标准电弧故障动作特性试验方法和评判标准的异同阐述电弧故障试验,设计基于自动化数据采集与控制技术、支持多种标准电弧故障试验设备的功能模块、软硬件设计等。试验设备自动化程度高,可自动执行不同标准的各个试验条目,可大幅提高产品试验效率和研发效率。
Aiming at the problems of many test items and heavy test workload of faulty arc products,according to the similarities and differences of different standard test methods and evaluation standards of arc fault action characteristics,this paper expounds arc fault test,and designs the functional modules,software and hardware design of arc fault test equipment based.on automatic data acquisition and control technology and supporting various standards.It has a high degree of test automation,can automatically execute various test items of different standards,and greatly improve product test efficiency and R&D efficiency.
