电气化铁路接触网整体吊弦受力试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对电气化铁路接触网整体吊弦受力测量存在的不足,采用自行设计的受力测量装置测量实际线路整体吊弦的静态力和动态力。试验研究结果表明,一跨内6根整体吊弦的受力基本是对称分布的,整体吊弦的位置和初始长度对其受力影响较大;吊弦受力与吊弦长度成反比,其动态力变化与抬升量为正相关,而单位抬升量下的动态力变化则与抬升量表现出负相关性;并通过动态系数量化不同抬升量下的动态力增长幅值大小,发现对称位置的吊弦长度差异导致动态增长幅值不同。试验研究结果为深入分析列车运行时整体吊弦的受力并验证有限元模型准确性奠定技术基础。 In view of the shortcomings of the force measurement of the integral dropper of the overhead contact system of the electrified railway,the self-designed force measurement device is used to measure the static force and dynamic force of the integral dropper of the actual railway line.The experimental results show that the forces of the six integral dropper in a span are basically symmetrically distributed,and the position and initial length of the integral dropper have a great influence on the forces.The force on the integral dropper is inversely proportional to the length of the integral dropper,and its dynamic force change is positively correlated with the lifting amount,while the dynamic force change under the unit lifting amount is negatively correlated with the lifting amount.It is found that the difference of integral dropper length at symmetrical position leads to the different dynamic growth amplitude.The experimental results lay a technical foundation for in-depth analysis of the force on the integral dropper during train operation and verifying the accuracy of the finite element model.
