基于CiteSpace知识网络图谱的地稔研究进展

目的分析1997-2022年已发表的地稔相关文献,分析地稔研究进展与未来研究热点趋势,为地稔的进一步开发利用提供参考依据。方法以CNKI数据库为检索平台,采用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件对地稔相关文献的作者、发文机构及关键词进行可视化分析,建立知识网络图谱。结果2002-2022年地稔研究领域的发文量整体呈波动式上升趋势;贵州中医药大学和丽水市食品药品检验所是发文量最多的机构;李丽是发文量最多的作者;关键词分析显示地稔研究主要集中在化学成分中的总黄酮、多糖、没食子酸及含量测定,药理作用中的降血脂、降血糖及抗氧化等方面。研究热点从主要由前期的果实、化学成分、园林植被逐渐到质量控制、药理活性研究的抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂与临床应用及提取等方面。结论未来化学成分及药理活性的深入研究可能是地稔今后的研究热点。目前地稔相关文献仍较少,其研究广泛但不深入,仍处于初步发展阶段,需要深入研究并加强作者、机构间的合作交流。

Objective To analyze the published literatures of herba melastomatis dodecandri from 1997 to 2022,and the research progress and future research hotspots,so as to provide reference for further development and utilization of herba melastomatis dodecandri.Methods With CNKI database as the retrieval platform,CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used to visually analyze the authors,issuing agencies and keywords of relevant literatures of herba melastomatis dodecandri,and a knowledge network graph was established.Results From 2002 to 2022,the number of literatures published in the field of herba melastomatis dodecandri research showed a fluctuating upward trend;Guiyang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lishui City food and drug inspection were the issuing agencies with the largest number of published literatures,and LI Li was the author with the most published literatures.Key words analysis showed that the research of herba melastomatis dodecandri mainly focused on the determination of total flavonoids,polysaccharides,gallic acid and their contents in the chemical components,and the pharmacological efficacies of hypolipidemia,hypoglycemia and antioxidation,etc.The main research hotspots transmitted from fruit,chemical composition and garden vegetation in the early stage,to quality control and anti-inflammatory effect,efficacies of antioxidation,hypolipidemia and hypoglycemia and clinical application and extraction,etc.in pharmacological activity research in the later stage.Conclusion In-depth research of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities in the future may be the future research hotspots of herba melastomatis dodecandri.At present,there are still very few related literatures on the herba melastomatis dodecandri,and their research is extensive but not intensive,which is still in the initial stage of development.It is necessary to have further studies and strengthen the cooperation and exchange between authors and ins titutions.
