MDT模式联合CBL教学法在妇产科本科临床教学中的应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的多学科联合诊疗(MDT)教学模式联合案例教学法(CBL)教学在妇产科本科临床教学中的应用对提升教学效果的分析。方法选择2021年6月至2022年5月2017级福建医科大学本科实习生100名为研究对象,采用随机数表法将学生分为对照组和试验组,每组各50例。对照组选择传统讲授式(LBL)教学模式,试验组选择MDT联合CBL的教学模式;比较两组的考核成绩、教学效果评价及教学满意度。结果试验组的理论、病历书写及实践技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的教学效果评价、教学总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科本科实习生教学实施MDT模式下的多学科交叉联合CBL教学模式的效果显著,特别是在培养临床思维和处理多学科疾病综合能力方面,能够显著提升教学效果,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze whether the application of multidisciplinary team(MDT)teaching mode combined with case-based learning(CBL)method in the clinical teaching of undergraduates of obstetrics and gynecology major may improve the teaching effect.Methods A total of 100 Grade 2017 undergraduate interns of Fujian Medical University were selected as the experimental subjects.The students were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The study spanned from June 2021 to May 2022.The control group adopted the traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the MDT combined with CBL teaching mode.The examination results,teaching effect evaluation and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,medical record writing and practical skills in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The teaching effect evaluation and total teaching satisfaction in the experimental group were better or higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT mode combined CBL teaching method in the teaching of undergraduate interns of obstetrics and gynecology major has a significant effect,and especially in terms of cultivating clinical thinking and the comprehensive ability to deal with multidisciplinary diseases.Such mode can significantly improve the teaching effect and is worthy of promotion and application.
