心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理中的应用效果

Analysis of application effect and efficacy of psychological nursing in acute angle-closure glaucoma nursing

目的针对心理护理在急性闭角型青光眼护理中的应用效果展开比较研究。方法选取2019年2月至2021年2月就诊于福建省泉州市第一医院的100例急性闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象,经随机数表法分为常规组(予以常规护理)和试验组(于常规护理基础上联合心理护理),每组各50例。比较分析两组患者的心理状态、生活质量、并发症以及疗效。结果试验组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的各项生活质量评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的眼压低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对急性闭角型青光眼患者进行护理的过程中,在常规护理之中添加心理护理,不仅能够有效缓解患者的不良情绪,改善患者的心理状态,同时也能够提升患者的生活质量及整体治疗效果,值得在临床护理中广泛普及和应用。

Objective To conduct a comparative study on the application effect of psychological nursing in acute angle-closure glaucoma(AACG)nursing.Methods A total of 100 AACG patients who attended Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the observation subjects.These patients were divided into a conventional group(n=50,receiving conventional nursing)and an experimental group(n=50,receiving conventional nursing plus psychological nursing)according to the random number table method.The psychological state,quality of life(QoL),complications and efficacy of the two groups of patients were comparatively analyzed.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The scores for all dimensions of QoL in the experimental group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of AACG patients,conventional nursing plus psychological nursing can not only effectively relieve patients’negative emotions and improve their psychological state,but also enhance their QoL and overall efficacy,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical nursing.
