布鲁氏菌感染背景下明串珠菌致血流感染1例并文献复习

A case of bloodstream infection caused by leuconostoc under the background of brucella infection and literature review

布鲁氏菌病是由布鲁氏菌属引起的人畜共患传染病。人感染布鲁氏菌病后,与多种疾病具有相似或相近的临床特征,给临床诊断带来难度,尤其在布鲁氏菌病非主要疫源地区,常见误诊病例。明串珠菌常应用于生产发酵乳制品等食品加工,是可导致人体发病的条件致病菌,在人类机体免疫力低下或有其他特殊基础性疾病等特殊条件下,可发生感染。明串珠菌与其他病原体合并感染较少见,现报道布鲁氏菌感染背景下明串珠菌致血流感染1例,以期对临床医师正确诊断布鲁氏菌病及罕见合并感染病例有所帮助。

Brucellosis is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by brucella.Clinical features of people infected with brucellosis are the same as or similar to those resulting from many other diseases,which brings difficulties to clinical diagnosis.Especially in areas where brucellosis is not the main epidemic source,misdiagnosis cases are common.Leuconostoc is often used in the production of fermented dairy products,food processing,etc.It is a conditional pathogen that can cause human diseases.Its infection may occur under special conditions such as low immunity of human body or other special underlying diseases.Concomitant infection of leuconostoc and other pathogens is relatively rare.A case of bloodstream infection caused by leuconostoc under the background of brucella infection is reported in this paper,hoping to help clinicians correctly diagnose brucellosis and rare cases of concomitant infection.
