遂潼一体化背景下高职教育与区域经济共生发展建设路径研究

Study on Construction Path of Symbiotic Development Between Higher Vocational Education and Re⁃gional Economy in the Context of Suining-Tongnan Integration

摘要 遂潼区域经济与高职教育共生发展符合协调发展理念,是遂潼一体化背景下的必然趋势.该文从遂潼区域高职教育视角切入,发现制约遂潼区域经济与高职教育共生发展的因素包括政府未在高职教育校企合作中有效发挥作用、企业参与高职教育校企合作积极性不高、高职教育院校服务意识不强、人才培养方式传统、专业设置与区域经济产业发展适应性不足等.作者针对上述问题提出了三条建议,分别是创新高职教育-政府-企业三方互利共赢机制、拓展区域经济与高职教育共生发展的途径、合理转型提升高职教育服务区域经济发展效能. The symbiotic development of Suining’s and Tongnan’s regional economy and higher vocational edu⁃cation is in line with the concept of coordinated development and is an inevitable trend in the context of SuiningTongnan integration.From the perspective of higher vocational education in the Suining-Tongnan region,this pa⁃per finds that the factors restricting the symbiotic development of Suining’s and Tongnan’s regional economy and higher vocational education include the government’s failure to play an effective role in the school-enterprise co⁃operation in higher vocational education,the low enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education,the weak service consciousness of higher vocational education institu⁃tions,the traditional way of training talents,and the lack of adaptability of professional settings to the develop⁃ment of the regional economy and industry.In view of the above problems,three paths are proposed,which are to innovate the win-win mechanism of higher vocational education-government-enterprise,to expand the ways of symbiotic development of regional economy and higher vocational education,and to reasonably transform and en⁃hance the effectiveness of higher vocational education in serving regional economic development.
