新时代小学生家庭劳动教育生活常态化的复归策略探讨

摘要 随着《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》的印发,劳动教育得到社会各界的关注,家庭在劳动教育中发挥的基础作用也得到了重视和认可.但目前家庭劳动教育的效果不理想,甚至处于被遗忘的边缘地带.对此,新时代家庭劳动教育的复归要从以下几个方面着手:一是重构家长对劳动教育的正确认知;二是坚守一致性、持久性、激励性、安全性原则,夯实家庭劳动教育的基础作用;三是与学校、社会同频共振,探索家庭劳动教育的实践策略,让孩子长期处于家庭、学校、社会"三合一"的劳动教育生态圈. With the issuance of the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary,Middle and High schools in the New Era,labor education has been fully emphasized,and the basic role of family in labor education has also been valued and recognized.However,the current situation of family labor education is not ideal,and it is even on the edge of being forgotten and missing.In this regard,the return of family labor edu⁃cation in the new era should start from the following aspects:first,reconstructing parents’correct cognition of la⁃bor education;second,adhering to the principles of consistency,persistence,motivation and safety,and consoli⁃dating the basic role of family labor education;third,resonating with school and society,exploring the practical strategies of family labor education,and keeping children in the“three-in-one”labor education ecosystem of family,school and society for a long time.
