摘要
针对三元前驱体生产用过滤、洗涤设备存在的问题,对现有过滤洗涤一体机进行结构改进。针对搅拌存在的问题,对一体机搅拌桨叶进行选型、模拟、效果对比,优选合适的搅拌桨叶;针对整体式滤盘存在的问题,研制分块式滤盘结构;在滤盘底部安装振动电机和偏心甩块,对卸料机构进行改进;采用液压齿啮式筒体自动启闭装置替换原先的螺栓连接结构。过滤洗涤一体机结构改进后,保证了洗涤充分、卸料彻底,并提高了生产效率。将其进行实际应用,得到的前驱体产品钠(Na)含量降低到0.015%、硫(S)含量降低到0.140%、磁性异物含量小于5×10^(-6)%,产品的关键指标优于国家标准。
In view of the problems existing in the filtering and washing equipment for the production of ternary precursor,the structure of the existing filtration washing integrated machine was improved.In view of the problems existing in mixing,the selection,simulation and effect comparison of the mixing blades of integrated machine were carried out to select the appropriate mixing blades.In view of the problems existing in the integral filter plate,the block filter plate was developed.The unloading mechanism was improved by installing vibration motor and eccentric throw block at the bottom of the filter plate.The original bolt connection structure was replaced by a hydraulic gear engaging cylinder automatic hoist.The structure improvement of filtration washing integrated machine ensured adequate washing,complete discharge and improved production efficiency.When it was applied in practice,sodium(Na)content of the precursor product obtained was 0.015%,sulfur(S)content was 0.140%,magnetic foreign matter content was less than 5×10^(-6)%.The key indicators of the product were better than the national standards.
