肝硬化失代偿期静脉曲张性出血治疗的研究进展

Research progress in treatment of variceal hemorrhage in decompensated cirrhosis

肝硬化失代偿期静脉曲张性出血的治疗方法包括输血治疗、内镜手术治疗、药物治疗、经颈静脉肝内门体静脉分流术(TIPS)以及栓塞术、脾切除等其他少见治疗方式。各种治疗手段各有优缺点,临床应根据实际情况合理选择。多种治疗手段联合是治疗肝硬化失代偿期静脉曲张性出血的主要策略,做好一级预防和二级预防是治疗成功的关键。本文就肝硬化失代偿期静脉曲张性出血治疗的研究进展进行综述。

The treatment methods of decompensated variceal bleeding in cirrhosis include blood transfusion,endoscopic surgery,drug therapy,transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS),embolization,splenectomy and other rare treatment methods.Each treatment method has its advantages and disadvantages,and should be reasonably selected according to the actual situation.The combination of multiple treatment methods is the main strategy for the treatment of varicose hemorrhage in decompensated stage of cirrhosis.The key to the success of treatment is to do a good job of primary prevention and secondary prevention.This study reviewed the research progress in the treatment of variceal hemorrhage in decompensated cirrhosis.
