远端上游元件结合蛋白1(FUBP1)是一种单链DNA结合蛋白。在多种肿瘤中,FUBP1可影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、转移和侵袭等生物学行为,进而促进肿瘤的发生发展。本文旨在对FUBP1在肿瘤中的生物学功能和机制进行简要概述。随着对FUBP1的功能和机制的深入探究,FUBP1有望作为多种肿瘤的生物标志物和治疗靶点。

Far Upstream Element-binding Protein 1(FUBP1)is a single-stranded DNA-binding protein.FUBP1 regulated the proliferation,migration and invasion of tumor cells,thereby promoting the progression of carcinomas.In this review,we summarized the biological functions and mechanisms of FUBP1 in carcinomas.Accompanied with gradual elucidation of the function and mechanism of FUBP1,FUBP1 may serve as a potential target for diagnosis and treatment of tumour.
