摘要 薯蓣皂苷元作为一种特别重要的天然甾体皂苷元,是目前合成各种甾体激素类药物的重要基础原料,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、降低血糖、抗焦虑、抗抑郁、改善心血管功能、调节免疫、抗血小板聚集、降血脂等多种药理作用。其来源较为广泛,主要来源于薯蓣科、豆科、姜科、蒟蒻薯科等植物中,具有很高的药用以及临床使用价值,因此日益引起国内外学者的关注。本文重点综述国内外近年来有关薯蓣皂苷元药理活性及其作用机制的研究进展,着重介绍抗肿瘤、抗炎、降血脂等药理作用,以供参考。 As a particularly important natural steroid sapogenin,diosgenin is an important basic raw material for the synthesis of various steroidal hormone drugs at present.It boasts a variety of pharmacological effects,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,lowering blood glucose,anti-anxiety,anti-depression,improving cardiovascular function,regulating immunity,anti-platelet aggregation,lowering blood lipids,etc.Diosgenin comes from a wide range of plants,mainly from Dioscoreaceae,Leguminosae,Zingiberaceae,Taccaceae and other plants,and has a high medicinal and clinical value.Therefore,it has increasingly attracted the attention of scholars in China and abroad.This paper mainly reviews the research progress on diosgenin’s pharmacological activity and its mechanism of action in recent years in China and abroad,and emphatically introduces its antitumor,anti-inflammation,lowering blood lipid and other pharmacological effects for reference.
