摘要
失眠作为临床上的常见病以及许多疾病的伴随症状,患病率很高。随着分子生物学和现代分析技术的发展,愈来愈多的生物标志物被发现和提出,深入了解与失眠相关的生物标志物对研究失眠症生理病理机制及失眠症的防治具有重要意义。本文讨论了5-羟色胺、γ-氨基丁酸、多巴胺、牛磺酸、食欲素等生物标志物的作用机制,以及核磁共振光谱及色谱质谱联用等分析检测技术,旨在为失眠症基础研究、临床诊断和治疗提供参考。
Insomnia,as a common clinical disease and a concomitant symptom of many diseases,has a high prevalence rate.With the development of molecular biology and modern analytical technology,more and more biomarkers have been found and proposed.It is of great significance to deeply understand the biomarkers related to insomnia in terms of studying the physiological and pathological mechanism of insomnia and the prevention and treatment of insomnia.This paper discusses the mechanisms of action of 5-hydroxytryptamine,γ-aminobutyric acid,dopamine,taurine,orexin and other biomarkers,as well as the analysis and detection technologies such as nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry,so as to provide reference for basic research,clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.
