柴胡桂枝汤联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗更年期综合征对患者中医症状积分、激素的影响

Effects of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with estradiol valerate tablets on TCM symptom scores and hormones of patients with menopausal syndrome

目的探讨更年期综合征患者治疗中戊酸雌二醇片辅助柴胡桂枝汤的临床疗效及应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月百色市人民医院收治的60例更年期综合征患者作为研究对象,以系统抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例,对照组予以戊酸雌二醇片治疗,观察组给予西药治疗辅助柴胡桂枝汤治疗;比较两组临床疗效、激素水平变化、中医症状积分、免疫功能。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组E2水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组中医症状(月经紊乱、潮热出汗、心烦易怒、头晕头痛)积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组免疫功能指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更年期综合征患者在戊酸雌二醇片治疗的基础上,辅助柴胡桂枝汤,可明显改善患者焦虑、抑郁,并发挥调节激素水平、提高免疫功能的突出作用,从而取得确切的治疗效果,促进患者症状改善及早期恢复健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of estradiol valerate tablets supplemented with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 60 patients with menopausal syndrome admitted to People’s Hospital of Baise from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30)by systematic sampling method.The control group was treated with estradiol valerate tablets,while the observation group was treated with western medicine supplemented with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction.The clinical efficacy,changes in hormone levels,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,and immune function of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)(P>0.05).After treatment,the E2 level was higher,while the LH and FSH levels were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the scores of TCM symptoms(menstrual disorders,hot flashes and sweating,irritability,dizziness and headache)(P>0.05).However,after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))(P>0.05).However,after treatment,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher,while CD8^(+)was lower in the observation group than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Estradiol valerate tablets supplemented with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction can significantly alleviate patients’anxiety and depression,as well as significantly regulate hormone levels and improve immune function of patients with menopausal syndrome,thus achieving exact efficacy and promoting symptom improvement and early recovery of patients.
