Effect of MDT model on efficacy and prognosis of patients with gynecological malignant tumor

目的评估多学科协作(MDT)模式对妇科恶性肿瘤患者的疗效及预后影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月中山市人民医院收治的经MDT模式治疗的25例妇科恶性肿瘤患者为病例组,采用倾向性评分匹配按照1∶1比例选取同时期收治的未经MDT模式的25例妇科肿瘤患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的近期疗效及无进展生存时间(PFS),从而分析采用MDT模式能否使妇科恶性肿瘤患者获益。结果在近期疗效方面,病例组患者客观缓解率(ORR)为76.00%,高于对照组患者的44.00%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021);在PFS方面,病例组患者1年PFS为77.30%,高于对照组患者的53.30%,对照组患者治疗后1年内发生疾病进展风险为病例组患者的2.62倍(HR=2.62,95%CI:1.03~6.68)。结论采用MDT治疗模式对于提高妇科恶性肿瘤患者的近期疗效及延长PFS具有积极意义。

Objective To evaluate the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)model on the efficacy and prognosis of patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Methods A total of 25 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who were treated with MDT model in Zhongshan City People’s Hospital from January 2019to January 2020 were selected as the case group,and 25 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who were not treated with MDT model in the same period were selected as the control group according to propensity score matching,at a ratio of 1∶1.The short-term efficacy and progression free survival(PFS)of patients in the two groups were compared,so as to analyze whether the use of MDT model could benefit patients with gynecological malignant tumor.Results In terms of short-term efficacy,the ORR in the case group(76.00%)was higher than that in the control group(44.00%),with statistically significant difference(P=0.021).In terms of PFS,the oneyear PFS in the case group(77.30%)was higher than that in the control group(53.30%),and the risk of disease progression within one year after treatment in the control group was 2.62 times that in the case group(HR=2.62,95%CI:1.03-6.68).Conclusion MDT treatment mode has positive significance for improving the short-term efficacy and prolonging the PFS of patients with gynecological malignant tumor.
