气道湿化查检对喉癌切除术后患者气道管理质量控制的应用探讨

Discussion on application of airway humidification examination in quality control of airway management of patients after laryngeal carcinoma resection

目的探讨气道湿化查检对喉癌切除术后患者气道管理质量控制的影响效果。方法选取江阴市人民医院耳鼻咽喉科2019年7月至2022年6月收治的60例喉癌切除术后患者,采用随机数表法分为两组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规气道管理,观察组实施基于气道湿化查检的气道管理,统计两组痰液量、单位时间的吸痰次数、痰液湿化效果(满意、过度、不足)、睡眠时间、住院费用、患者舒适度评分(生理、心理精神、社会文化、环境、总分)、护理服务总满意率,并对以上观察指标进行比较。结果观察组痰液量、单位时间的吸痰次数显著少于对照组,睡眠时间显著长于对照组,住院费用显著低于对照组,湿化效果优于对照组,舒适度评分以及护理服务总满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉癌切除术后患者气道管理中使用气管切开护理查检,有助于全面提升患者术后痰液湿化效果、改善患者舒适度及睡眠质量、减轻家庭经济负担、融洽护患关系,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of airway humidification examination on the quality control of airway management in patients after laryngeal carcinoma resection.Methods A total of 60 patients who were admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Jiangyin People’s Hospital from July 2019 to June 2022after laryngeal carcinoma resection were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine airway management,while the observation group received airway management based on airway humidification examination.The sputum volume,sputum aspiration times per unit time,sputum humidification effect(satisfactory,excessive and insufficient),sleep time,hospitalization cost,patient comfort scores(physiological,psychological,social,environmental,and total),and total satisfaction rate of nursing service of the two groups were counted,and the above observation indexes were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the sputum volume and the sputum aspiration times per unit time in the observation group were significantly less,the sleep time in the observation group was significantly longer,the hospitalization cost in the observation group was significantly lower,the humidification effect in the observation group was superior,the comfort score and the total satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group were higher,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of airway humidification examination in airway management of patients after laryngeal carcinoma resection is helpful to comprehensively improve postoperative sputum humidification effect,improve patients’comfort and sleep quality,reduce family financial burden,and harmonize nurse-patient relationship.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization and application.
