“岗课赛证”一体化视域下高职证券实务专业课程体系创新研究

Research on the Curriculum System Innovation of Securities Practice Major in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of "Post-CurriculumCompetition-Certificate " Integration

在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下,本文通过梳理我国当前高职证券实务专业课程体系,针对证券行业的岗位需求与前瞻,按照“岗课赛证”一体化教学模式,致力于调整既有课程体系内的实践与理论的关系、专业与基础的关系、职业素养与综合素质的关系,全面整合现有课程,创新课程体系。研究表明,高职院校证券实务专业课程设置要进一步增加基础课,细化专业课,将实务训练自入学开始贯穿整个人才培养过程,并将素质训练与拓展寓于日常,使学生进校之后能够持续性、递进式提高从业技能与职业素养。

Under the background of national efforts to greatly promote vocational education, this paper aims to adjust the relationship between practice and theory, between specialized and basic courses, and between professional and comprehensive qualities in the existing curriculum system, comprehensively integrate the current curriculum into an innovative system, by combing the corresponding system of the securities practice major in China, aiming at the post needs and prospects of the securities industry,and in accordance with the integrated teaching mode of "Post-Curriculum-Competition-Certificate ". The research shows that the curriculum of the securities practice major in higher vocational colleges should further increase the basic courses, refine the specialized courses, run the practical training through the whole talent training process from the beginning of enrollment, and integrate the quality training and development in daily life, so that students’ professional skills and qualities can be improved continuously and progressively after entering the college.
