摘要
在产教融合深度推进的过程中,高职院校结合高质量内涵式发展和培育高素质高水平人才的现实需要,积极探索“双师型”教师人才培养机制,能够为高职院校培育一支高素质师资队伍。本文在阐述产教融合视域下加强“双师型”教师人才培养的重要性的基础上,对当前高职院校在“双师型”教师人才中存在的认知误区进行分析,并提出应从树立“双师型”教师人才培养理念、加大“双师型”教师人才培养的预算投入、拓展“双师型”教师人才的培养渠道以及建构分层分类的教师评价体系等方面完善“双师型”教师人才培养机制,为新时代下高职院校内涵式发展和人才培养提供有力支持。
In the process of the integration of industry and education, higher vocational colleges actively explore the mechanism of training “double-qualified” teachers according to the practical need for the high-quality connotative development and the cultivation of high-quality and high-level talents to foster a high-quality teaching staff for higher vocational colleges. Based on expounding the importance of strengthening the training of “double-qualified” teachers from the perspective of the integration of industry and education, this paper analyzes the cognitive misunderstandings existing in the current “double-qualified” teachers in higher vocational colleges. It also proposes that we should establish the concept of "double qualified" teacher talent training, increase its budget investment, expand the training channels, and construct a hierarchical and classified teacher evaluation system to improve the "double qualified" teacher talent training mechanism to provide strong support for the implicit development and talent training of higher vocational colleges in the new era.
