摘要 在国家大力推行数字化的背景下,Revit作为工程设计行业的设计制图软件之一,得到越来越普遍的应用,但受制于Revit模型的计量规则与我国现行清单计量规范不一致,通过Revit模型导出的工程量无法被工程计量所直接应用,工程计量还需用专用计量软件重新建模,计量效率较低。文章以深圳市某水质净化厂三期工程设计采购施工总承包(EPC)项目为例,通过对Revit模型导出工程量与GTJ模型导出工程量的对比分析研究,探索Revit模型导出工程量与我国计量规范存在的具体差异并研究解决办法,最终发现Revit模型转换成GTJ模型的方式是可行的,转换后的模型工程量能够满足现行清单计量规范要求。这将大大提升土建工程的计量效率,而且有利于以Revit为基础的BIM在建设工程中的更深入、更广泛的应用。 Under the background that the state vigorously promotes digitalization, the construction industry is also gradually entering the digitalization era. As one of the design drawing software in the engineering design industry, Revit has also been more and more widely used. However, due to the inconsistency between the measurement rules of Revit model and the current inventory measurement specifications in China, the quantities derived from Revit model cannot be directly applied by engineering measurement, engineering measurement also needs special measurement software to re model, so the measurement efficiency is low. Taking the EPC project of phase III project of a water purification plant in Shenzhen as an example, through the comparative analysis and research on the quantities of Revit model export and GTJ model export, this paper explores the specific differences between the quantities of Revit model export and China’s measurement standards and studies the solutions. Finally, it is found that the way of converting Revit model into GTJ model is feasible, the converted model quantities can meet the requirements of the current bill of quantities measurement specifications. This will greatly improve the measurement efficiency of civil engineering, and is conducive to the deeper and wider application of BIM based on Revit in construction projects.
