摘要
工程造价核心课程的科学设计可实现专业课程与行业岗位新需求的有机结合。文章基于工作过程系统化的课程设计理论和方法,梳理了工程造价专业对应岗位群的工作任务,分析了核心课程所对应的典型工作过程,并按照平行、递进和包容的原则设计了课程六个学习情境,覆盖全过程造价咨询;构建了“目标分层、分级培养”的学生学习路径,运用混合式教学与项目式教学方法,引导学生深度学习,并建立了基于工作过程的兼顾过程性考核和终结性考核的考核体系,通过课堂即时反馈机制和动态调整机制,以及用人单位第三方客观考核机制,促进学生执业能力的培养。工程造价专业教学实践表明,基于工作过程系统化的核心课程设计可有效提升课程教学水平,增强学生适应社会和执业能力,具有良好的教学效果。
The scientific design of the core course of engineering cost can realize the organic combination of professional courses and new demands of industrial posts. Based on the course design theory and method of work process systematization, this paper sorted out the work tasks of the corresponding job groups of engineering cost major, analyzed the typical work process corresponding to the core courses, and designed six learning situations of the course according to the principle of parallel, progressive and inclusive, covering the whole process of cost consultation. Constructed the "target layered, grading training students" learning path, using hybrid teaching and project type teaching method, guide students to in-depth study, and established based on the working process of both procedural assessment and summative assessment and evaluation system, through class immediate feedback and dynamic adjustment mechanism, third party objective examination system and unit of choose and employ persons, to promote the cultivation of students’ practicing ability. The teaching practice of engineering cost specialty shows that the core curriculum design based on work process systematization can effectively improve the teaching level, enhance students’ ability to adapt to society and practice, and has good teaching effect.
