基于经济—生态—社会耦合关系的安徽乡村协调发展研究

Research on Coordinated Rural Development in Anhui Province Based on Economic-Ecological-Social Coupling Relationship

经济—生态—社会耦合协调是安徽乡村经济社会高质量发展的必由之路。通过构建安徽省农业经济—生态—社会复合系统三个子系统的评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,建立耦合模型量化分析2010—2020年安徽省农业复合系统的耦合度和耦合协调度。结果发现,安徽省农业经济、生态、社会三大子系统之间耦合协调关系呈现不断优化的趋势,但子系统间发展不平衡性,特别是农业经济发展水平较低是安徽省多数地区的突出问题,需要深化改革农业产业结构、改善农业生态环境、利用社会子系统的发展优势,同时建立乡村经济—生态—社会统一管理机制。

The coupling and coordination of economy, ecology and society is the path we must take for the high-quality development of Anhui rural economy and society. This paper constructs an evaluation index of three subsystems of the agricultural economy-ecology-society composite system in Anhui Province, uses the entropy method to determine the index weights, and establishes a coupling model to quantitatively analyze the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of the agricultural composite system in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2020. It is found that the coupling and coordination relationship between the three subsystems in Anhui Province shows a trend of continuous optimization, but the unbalanced development between those subsystems, especially the low level of agricultural economic development, is still a prominent problem in most areas of Anhui Province. We need to deepen the reform of the agricultural industrial structure, improve the agricultural ecological environment, make use of the development advantages of the social subsystem, and establish a unified management mechanism of rural economy, ecology and society.
