摘要
提高交通运输事业单位预算绩效管理水平,需构建相对完善的预算绩效管理框架体系,并通过开展事前绩效评估、依托信息化手段加强绩效监控、构建科学的绩效评价指标体系以及完善绩效评价结果应用机制等措施提高预算资金的使用效益。
To improve the budget performance management level of transportation institutions, it is necessary to build a relatively complete budget performance management framework system, and improve the use efficiency of budget funds by carrying out advance performance evaluation,relying on information technology to strengthen performance monitoring, building a scientific performance evaluation index system, and improving the application mechanism of performance evaluation results.
