摘要 通过沿用Carroll的四维度金字塔模型理论,将农业企业社会责任界定为经济、法律、伦理和慈善责任的总和。从国内实践看,不同所有制类型的农业企业既承担了体现自身特色的社会责任,又互相补充,逐渐趋向成为有机整体。同时,农业企业自身发展与社会责任不对称等问题依然存在。对此,应通过制度创新、法律约束、政策保障等措施完善我国农业企业的社会责任体系,强化农业企业社会责任效应。 By following Carroll’s four-dimensional pyramid model theory, the social responsibility of agricultural enterprises is defined as the sum of economic, legal, ethical and charitable responsibilities.From the perspective of domestic practice, agricultural enterprises of different ownership types have not only undertaken social responsibilities that reflect their own characteristics, but also complement each other, and gradually tend to become an organic whole.At the same time, problems such as asymmetric development of agricultural enterprises and social responsibilities still exist.In this regard, the social responsibility system of agricultural enterprises in China should be improved through system innovation, legal constraints and policy guarantee, and strengthen the social responsibility effect of agricultural enterprises.
