猪粪和玉米秸秆混合发酵产沼气特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 东北地区猪粪与玉米秸秆是养殖业和农业主要的废弃物类型之一,为了充分把两种废弃物通过厌氧生物处理途径进行资源化,研究探讨猪粪和玉米秸秆不同配比下混合厌氧发酵产沼气的特征。在中温(37±1℃)条件下,总固体含量(TS)为8%,将猪粪与玉米秸秆分别按照不同干重比(1∶0、2∶1、1∶1、1∶2)进行批次厌氧发酵。结果表明,粪秆比2∶1,累积产生的沼气量和TS生甲烷率均最高,分别为306 mL·g^(-1)和138 mL·g^(-1),较粪秆比1∶0处理组提高18.5%和8.4%,木质纤维的的降解率比粪秆比1∶0高5.23%。木质纤维素降解量与累积产沼气量显著相关(P<0.05)。 Pig manure and corn stalks were one of the main types of wastes in aquaculture and agriculture in Northeast China.In order to fully utilize the two wastes through anaerobic biological treatment,the characteristics of biogas production were discussed by mixed anaerobic fermentation under different ratios of pig manure and corn straw.Under the condition of medium temperature(37±1℃)and total solid content(TS)of 8%,pig manure and corn straw were fermented in batches according to different dry weight ratios(1∶0,2∶1,1∶1,1∶2).The results showed that when the ratio of manure to straw was 2∶1,the cumulative biogas production and methane production rate of TS were the highest,which were 306 mL·g^(-1)and 138 mL·g^(-1),respectively,which were 18.5%and 8.4%higher than that of 1∶0 group,and the degradation rate of lignin fiber was 5.23%higher than that of 1∶0.There was a significant correlation between lignocellulose degradation and cumulative biogas production(P<0.05).
